Final Sale & Returns Policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique and vintage pieces, all sales are final.

Porticella curates historical items that are unique, irreplaceable, and sold in their existing condition. For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except as outlined below.

Condition of Antique & Vintage Items

Antique and vintage items inherently show signs of age, wear, patina, and previous use. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered defects.

Each listing includes detailed descriptions and photographs intended to represent the item accurately and transparently. Buyers are encouraged to review all listing information carefully prior to purchase.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or measurements are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for return.

Damage in Transit or Material Misrepresentation

If an item arrives:

    •    Damaged during transit, or

    •    Materially different from the description provided,

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@porticella.co.

To be considered, claims must include:

    •    Clear photographs of the item

    •    Photographs of the packaging and shipping materials

    •    A written description of the issue

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Resolution

Where a valid claim is confirmed, Porticella will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include repair, partial refund, or other reasonable remedy. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, replacement or exchange is not available.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for claims, returns, or refunds:

    •    Normal age-related wear or patina

    •    Minor imperfections disclosed or visible in listing photographs

    •    Variations in color due to lighting or screen settings

    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
